The monthly municipal fee of N$ 2 800.00 such as refuse removal, Basic Electricity and Water Connection Fee will be charged ADDITIONAL to the rental price of N$ 25 650.00 and N$ 33 750.00 respectively. The monthly municipal fee is subject to annual increase, as stipulated by the City of Windhoek.

The monthly invoice will comprise of the following items:

2.Water and Electricity Basics – FIXED AMOUNT of N$ 2 800.00 (no Vat applicable) – Please Note: the anticipated October 2024 increase has not been received yet, thus the new water & electricity Basic amount is still to be adjusted;

3.Electricity Usage – as consumed (no Vat applicable); and

4.Water Usage – as consumed (no Vat applicable).
